Rimrock Trails Adolescent Treatment Services

Rimrock Trails  is a nonprofit organization licensed by the state of Oregon to provide  addiction treatment for teens ages 12-17 with a primary dependence on alcohol and/or other drugs. Rimrock Trails opened it’s doors in September of 1990 in a small wing of the Prineville Memorial Hospital. Two decades later, Rimrock proudly boasts it’s beautiful large residential campus in Prineville serving youth statewide and three outpatient offices treating  youth throughout Central Oregon. Rimrock is recognized and regarded across   the state as a program of choice for teens struggling with addiction.

For over 20 years, Rimrock Trails has helped create lasting change in the lives of struggling teens. While in treatment youth begin to believe in themselves, develop a clear vision for their future and become empowered to face life’s challenges without the use of substances. Our professional staff are devoted to guiding youth through the process of change by helping them acquire essential skills, personal accountability and rediscover the values necessary for leading a more productive life.
